Description
There is a serious need for a 4-way stop at this intersection. S. Manning has no stop sign at Mercer and is a divided roadway and major thoroughfare leading to St. Peter's Hospital with a lot of traffic. Those driving on Mercer across S. Manning have difficulty crossing because cars coming from Western drive fast and there is a hill there limiting visibility. It is dangerous to pull out into the street to cross S. Manning when driving straight on Mercer in either direction. It is incomprehensible that there is not at least a 4 way stop or traffic light there when just one block over at the intersection of Pine and Mercer there is a four-way stop sign, when Pine St. is a quiet street with no traffic at all. Please install at least a stop sign on S. Manning at the Mercer St. intersection.
