This property continues to be a problem. The owners are dead. What will it take for the City to take the property and auction it already?

Thank you for bringing this concern to the City of Richmond, Department of Planning and Development Review, however, the Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Inspector has determined that the grass is not in violation at this time as it does not exceed the length of 12" as required by city code. The Inspector will continue to monitor the situation in the future.

That was not the case of this AM. Please have him recheck.

This issue was closed in error. The property is being worked by an Environmental Inspector and is being submitted for approval to be abated by contractor/svh
