Stolen property shopping carts and waste management garbage can. Illegal dumping, littering, urinating in public. Violating Oakland Muni codes 9.08.160 Sitting or lying on streets or sidewalks, 9.08.170 Obstructing pedestrians. When will the city start holding these people accountable for there illegal activity. Give them community service to pay off there citation.

It just goes on and on. How many times does the city have to clean the homeless up before they say enough. Find a camp where they can go since they don't want help or housing. Start taking the shopping carts away, It's theft, than give them mandatory clean up days. No more excuses.

This camp is under 980, on 7th Street between Brush Street and Castro Street.

There is a camp that fits this description under the 980 on 7th street, between Castro Street and Brush Street. I agree completely with simplyblu. The area gets cleaned up and in fact they did get cleared out that stolen property was removed but in the last two days stolen carts are back, a large rolling metal shelving/storage unit, tents, tarps. Tax payers should not have to pay taxes for their property when these people live in the same neighborhood and break laws left and right while creating garbage dumps and campgrounds whereever they please.

This camp was cleared out last week, but they are back. It makes not sense that taxpayers pay taxes and abide by the law, but these people are allowed to set up campgrounds anywhere they want, steal things and dump trash everywhere and they just get away with it. All of this seems against the law so I don't know why it is allowed to happen over and over again.

Oakland PWD knows where this encampment/dump is. You cannot miss it. Start issuing citations and give them community service there is lots of trash and spray vandalism to cleaned up. Starting with there dump site.

I agree with David. PWD knows exactly where the homeless camp out. They don't try to hide it. Start enforcing the laws.
