Jim Mokhiber at 392 Harbor Ridge Dr, Palm Harbor is operating a fabrication business from his garage. Large industrial machines are being fabricated and shipped from this location. This is a semi-private community. 18 wheel tractor trailers are constantly picking up and delivering supplies and the finished machines which require a small crane to lift. Outside of an unauthorized business, the weight limits ar being exceeded by semis on a residential street. Numerous pallets are stored in the garage. This would seem to be illegal activity. Please resolve.
