I have a drainage problem also. with heavy rains the whole circle at the end of Sunscape Dr gets flooded. I cannot get out of my Driveway. This is at the upper end of Indian Creek. Beavers have several dams that back up the flow. County cain't get access to trap beavers. Water stands in culvertat street level all year.
