Panel on south side of Madison Avenue crosswalk (near Dino's Pizza) is in terrible condition - badly cracked and getting worse by the day. Much of the panel is crushed and a serious tripping hazard. I just witnessed a boy take a pretty bad stumble. Rain and debris collect in it, ice formed in it all winter. It's been reported in the past, but it is a mess and, hopefully, can be repaired soon.
