Over a year and nothing has been done.
There are accidents at this ramp frequently, obviously no one cares from the state.

Right lane storm drain grating is depressed, and you have no choice but to drive over it.
This ramp needs to be upgraded and repaired, the traffic flow for the exit is outdated.
A study needs to be performed to upgrade and correct the issue of flooding also.
