Lots of people are turning right onto Hazelwood Rd. from 378.This is not a turn lane but emergency lane. People turning right from Marked lane are avoiding crashes with people going down the emergency to turn right. I pull a trailer and have had to slam on brakes many times to avoid a crash. Either write some tickets or make this a MARKED turn lane. A person going down this emergency almost hit me turning right from 378. Then this person speeded down Hazelwood way over 35 that's posted.
