I live on the corner of Chestnut Street and Bobin Road. For the last few years my back yard has been getting increasingly worse with flooding. Something must be wrong. All my neighbors have flooded yards as well, one neighbor had their fence fall down. My fence is now leaning, my shed is being compromised as it its sitting in water constantly as well as my swing set, my deck is being compromised as well. I can no longer get my mower out of the shed, I can't bring my truck in my yard to load or unload anything and everything is covered in mud. When it freezes it looks like I have a pond. Something must be wrong but whatever it is the entire bottom of Bobin Rd and Chestnut Street is holding water. I'd like to be able to use my yard. I now need to get my fence fixed however I don't know how I can do that to a fence that's sitting in water. I have a child with a severe disability and my fence had to be up at all times as he is a flight risk.
