Sharraxaadda

School commuters speed down our street before and after school lets out. Many use it as a cut through. We have no sidewalks and many kids walk to/from school and are in danger of being hit. Also, some commuters have their music on so loud it shakes our house. I have never seen a patrol car during these times and would greatly appreciate it.
