This truck is not parked at this residence long enough for it to be a concern. The "concerned" citizen is actually the nosey next door neighbor. She constantly patrols around the neighborhood in her 4-wheeler and/or golf cart. No one complains when she lets her dogs roam around off-leash. Instead of anonymously submitting "complaining" offenses, how about going next door and speaking with your neighbors. Or is that too much like right?
