This office issued a citation for the conditions of the property on July 28, 2014 for a number of violations. The citation was not appealed by the property owner(s). On August 24, 2014 the hearing officer assessed fines of $3,600.00 against the property with additional fines being asssessed at $225.00 a day for each additional day the property remains in violation. The town has placed liens on the property. This office currently has an open case.
