Sharraxaadda

There is a large truck from construction parked in the westbound lane of Webb Bridge. The lane is completely blocked and there is no one managing traffic. There have been several times this month where these guys are impacting traffic during morning rush hour. They should not be able to completely block a lane of traffic during rush hour with no traffic plan. To be clear, this is unrelated to the Webb Bridge road improvements, this is related to private home construction.
