  The fence is still broken down on the north side of the ruthrauff overpass. The weeds are mostly dead and dry, so they are now a fire risk. They encompass most of the overpass. And so much trash is built up in the weeds and along the fencing. There is a tire that has been on the south side of the road for 3 months. All this trash encourages peddlers to feel welcome and all the trash encourages people to dump more trash. Its been an eyesore since the weeds started gtowing shortly after the construction of the overpass. It is way overdue to be cleaned up and the weed and landscape managed. I was so happy to have this nice new ovepass completed, and its looking like ruins in such a short time. Please maintain this road so it doesnt turn into an emergency like the rest of pima county roads
