Description
The stormdrain cement pipe on the Bay side of Harbour Gate.
The pipe towards Lesner bridge is burst. The water can not exit to the Bay, the water crater a crater above the pipe and the coul de sac street was flooded 2 days ago during a storm.
The owners of the Duck Inn built a sea wall above the pipi and they damaged the pipe. Today , they just covered the crater with sand so no one will notice. This is a major violation and it will flood the area.
