Description

The road in front of 8 Mountain View Ave. has been raised over time with chip sealing etc. and the grade alongside has eroded sending the road water through the neighbors yard and cascading on to our shared (with #10) driveway. The apron has also become lower than the road and started to crumble over the past couple of years. During normal rain it creates ruts and overwhelms our drain but during heavy rain it washes the gravel driveway out. There's a storm drain beyond our driveway but the water is diverted and doesn't reach it making it useless.
