Cars approaching Harrison on Forest View from the north are tripping the traffic lights immediately upon passing over the sensors, even if they are merely making a right turn. There is no reason for the light to immediately change, stopping all traffic on Harrison, the exact moment a car pulls up. This disrupts traffic flow through this area.
