Nice lawsuit post injury. Albany city is used to paying out for ridiculous APD behavior (a recent dwi crash was noted); looks like Albany city wants to pay out in crumbling infrastructure next.

This issue here is being caused by a break on a privately owned pipe. The property owner is aware of the issue and will be hiring a contractor to make repairs. AWD will monitor the homeowner's progress towards a resolution and will escalate the issue if the 10 day timeframe allotted for repair is not met. The sinkhole is presently covered with wooden boards as a temporary solution.
