this intersection needs to be modernized. a blinking light was ok here 30 years ago but with the Conn. traffic finding ways to bypass the 684/84 interchange many of the intersections in North Salem and Brewster are dangerous during both rush hours. bloomer rd. and rt. 121 aka Peach Lake rd. is very bad with Conn. drivers speeding down 121.
