illegal parking lot in rear of 330 and 338 fillmore.

zoning violations
not permited in RM-1
removes open space that should be set aside for tenant usage. no solid 4 foot fence or vegetation to enclose parking lot. boarders RM-1 lots.
drainage violation (lack of adequate)
hazmat violation (unknown and known pollution to ground, air, and run off.)
fire violation: egress and lighting for parking lot.
Egress: garage is only means of egress for non tenants renting parking space. Ramp is only egress. too steep, only single railing.

environmental violations (noise pollution, automotive and construction waste, unknown soil contamination from years as vacant lot and parking lot and prior usage.)

Building violation: Hole and ramp cut into rear of 330 not permitted. Drain pipe from roof gutter rerouted without permit.

Parking spaces rented / used by persons the live greater than 1000' from garage (some miles away).

nuisance for tenants and owners of the block. noise and view devalues property and quiet enjoyment of surrounding properties.

entrance to parking lot not 15' wide.

taxes not paid for 12 + parking spaces rented to non tenants.
