Description
Please add a left turn signal from Malvern onto Monument Avenue. I consistently sit through several light cycles before giving up and going straight and cutting through a side street. I see so many people run the red light after waiting forever. This has to be an area with frequent accidents.

Three left turn crashes from the northbound to west Monument in a three year period. This doesn't warrant a left turn phase.
The Division will keep monitoring the amount of crashes at this location and will make adjustments as needed.
No further action needed at this moment, so request will be closed.
