The alley immediately to the left off of emmitt is full of grafitti. A street sign with grafitti, the alley needs to be widened and repaved. This is the only entrance to seven homes. Also recycling didnt pick up all the houses on Friday,therfore, homelessness has been digging in the bins. Thanks for reading this...
