I didn't know what other category to put this issue under. My neighbor at 50 Edgecomb St. has an unkept inground swimming pool.

This is the THIRD YEAR in a row that I have complained about this issue. They have begun the annual draining of the pool swamp water, down their driveway, which is right next to our property.

I can't imagine this pool is up to code. They have small children in the house, and I fear for their safety. I don't think the pool is enclosed with a proper fence. Their entire property is filth.

Their roof on the one side of their house is also caving in.

Oh, and they also have a truck that is not in use parked in their driveway, not sure if its registered or not. It has flat tires, so I can't imagine its on the road.

I will keep complaining about this until something is done.
