Deskripsyon

There are 6 trash cans in the alley behind 2810 and 2814 Kensington avenue that the two buildings share. All of them are in need of being replaced due to damage that prevents them from closing (one is missing its lid, and several have large holes in the bottom). Because the bins are misshapen and do not close, even mild wind causes trash to blow across the parking lot of the church that is immediately adjacent to the alley.
