Description

Garbage has not been picked up for over a month (non payment I assume ) where it is stored outside in front of the garage and animals get in it. In fact yesterday morning a big raccoon was in it having a feast.
Garbage if all over the yards when the winds blows. It is strewed everywhere. (on other peoples property) the recycle bin is also full of garbage. This goes on several times a year. There are 3 adults and 5 children living there.
