Q. Please provide a description of the issue being reported
A. Often the left turn lane fills up and there is no further space for additional cars coming from the intersection of Locust and Freedom Way, just before the subject intersection. The middle lane is almost never used to turn right and rarely are there any cars waiting to turn right in the right most lane (as most can safely take the right on red). It would alleviate the back up and make the middle lane more useful if it was an additional left turn lane. Currently the middle lane is designated right turn by painted road markings. Two left turn lanes as you enter the parkway is logical as there are two lanes on Parkway which the current left lane turns into.
