Recently paved Field Pond Drive has a slightly raised water valve access cover - as can be seen the plows are hammering this cover which sits up about 1/4" proud of the pavement - they hit it so hard you can see the diagonal plow blade impression in the pavement - this needs to be fixed ASAP so the newly paved road is not torn up due to this cover
