Headed into Davis from College Ave, the second set of lights don't appear to be working. These are square and I think have optical directional blinders. Coming through the intersection on a bike on a sunny day today, I couldn't tell whether the light was green or red. I didn't notice there was another light to the left mounted near the ground; I just assumed the light was red and did a stop and right turn. Not sure if the bulbs are not lit or the blinders are just misaligned.
