Roads inside of Tivoli Place (Trellis Walk, Tivoli Way, and Tivoli Court) are buckling, cracking, and deteriorating to the point its creating a safety hazard. Paving material has disintegrated to the point its leaving a thin layer of rocks on top of the street and chunks of paving material. Streets inside of subdivision need to repaved. Issues where caused by developer and builder driving heavy machinery through neighborhood during build out of community. County did not require developer and builder to fix the streets prior to turnover of neighborhood to the county.
