Our neighbor has a large blue and white older motorhome license plate # 65nc476 that has been on the street for months. Every 72 hours he moves it across the street than moves it back. It never leaves the street. This is in violation of our CC&R's. He has received tickets and does not care. We need follow up so it can be towed out of here.
