Having been out in the back alley with numerous Duke Energy teams today, it is pretty obvious that the recently applied pavement patch (over a repaired/replaced sewage line in house on other side of alley) is directing storm flow/rain event directly and solely(?) in to property on other side….

Still no action? Have had to spend hundreds of dollars on instant dams and fear more damage
