Are there simply no limits to the noise a bar can make after being granted a cabaret license?
I believe you know the issue/sound level that comes into my home on Friday and Saturdays from "Deep Blues".
Where are my rights as a citizen? Yes I have called the police...they say to call my alderman who told me to call the police...quite the run around.
