On the odd numbered side of Waldo St. there is a water issue caused by a drainage pipe coming from 25 Oxford St. when the temperature drops below freezing it causes a hazard affecting driveways on the odd side of the street (Oxford to Clyde Streets Residents have called and emailed the building department and their is a major concern due to the pending storm ).
