It's an empty lot. Recently, a mobile home parked in the lot. I doubt that they are owner of the land at all. They throw garbage around the mobile home. They talk rudely to people walking by.
Besides the mobile home, there were fly dumps in the lot. Old tire, broken concrete, wood, etc.
