Have you tried berating the street rats?

No but some of the trash has been there for weeks.
I don't know who is responsible for cleanup.
I do not want to point at some person when I do not know.

If you care then take care of it.

Hi! Owner here. Do you think i like coming home to the trash? Unfortunately, i don't have the luxury of staying home 24-7 to catch people doing it. I don't take the trash from inside my house and put it there. I've also inquired about the late night activity but no luck. Thanks for your concern!!
