Description

North side of Nebraska, houses between 15 and 16 street behind our yards is a DISGUSTING ALLEYWAY WIRES ARE TWISTED AND KNOTTED !!! Overgrown and gross, disgrace to everyone who can see it. Please @#$%, I know everyone wants to do the bare minimum these days but this is a sore subject because nobody has done anything about it
