I was visiting with a neighbor this afternoon and he asked if I was aware that what he identified as a half-way house had opened up in our neighborhood? The address he mentioned is two blocks from my home, so I was not aware of it although I did know the property had sold to another owner recently. He mentioned that upwards of 18 persons may be housed (or would be housed) at the location at any given time, something that clearly isn't within the single family restriction of the neighborhood. Obviously many of us are concerned. Can you confirm?
