Here it goes again. Whoever owns this parking lot next to Bob's Carpet and rents out the lot allows whoever they collect money from totally make this lot a city dump of litter. It is absolutely disgusting, disrespectful and whoever is there now should be fined. Come on St Pete with the litter problem here. We need some leadership and make businesses take responsibility and mature up to have respect. No wonder our sewers are always clogged and Tampa Bay polluted more than ever.
