2553 14th Ave N is listed as a short term rental on AirBnB. Property Appraiser website shows parcel use as traditional single family home (NT-1), no special exemptions or classifications.

The property also somehow has a homestead exemption even though the "entire home" is listed as STR on AirBnB. First review is from Feb 2023. 10 STR reviews since exceeds the allotted 3 times a STR can be rented for less than 30 days in any consecutive 365 day period.
