I home a home built 4yrs ago ,in late august i reported to home builder that my driveway cracked and sunk about 2 1/2 inches,they said it was not load berring and my warranty would not cover it.I have been in contact wiyh them twice. On the 27th of Jan @ 5 am I tripped n fell over it breaking my left elbow n sprained left knee. I sent ANOTHER letter telling them look I am a highly decorated Veteran of the US.Navy and I did my job over 30 yrs ago n did it right why cant you people do your job.I received a letter on Feb 6th that said again only a 2 yr warranty on driveway,than THEY SAID THAT THEY ARE SORRY IT HAPPENED AND to contactto call VL Concrete and I will be charged fot there work..I am off of work of work because of this and cannot afford it.The letters they sent are a slap in the face.Please help me this is not right,you mean to tell me that this is the kind of work that Centex builders do. You don't know how upset I am.Like I said I am a very proud vet and take pride in everything I do.If I did not do my job 34 yrs ago in In Iran they may not have had the right to read what I said to them.I have all the letters that I can show you.
