The way you have the arrow marked. The yellow arrow that you are using are the people that are effected. People west of Hwy 53.The red ball is the exit ramp of 53 Hwy South at Hall Road. That is the spot that was fisrt talked about .Keding and Steritt St and a few more streets west of that exit . Having to wait for the people that turn off 53 HWY Exit south on to Hall RD West . That abuse the law of no turn on red . When you have three posted sign right at the light as you get off the South 53 Hwy Exit Ramp at Hall road. The no turn on red yellow arrow needs to be move the where the red ball is at on the map that is the exit ramp from Southbound 53 HWY bein the exit at Hall RD.This is where the probelm starts ,the police should be camped out in that area for along time .Or if you do not want the police to be in the area 24/7 then how about a camera that takes picture of the car and plate and you can give these special people , a speical ticket for turing on red.
