2nd request. These 2 dogs belong to 2665 Finney Circle. I have spoken with the owner of the house who told me she would have the dogs leashed. This has not been done and they are constantly on Latanya Village property tearing up trash and making a mess. We have over 50 children on this property and we surely don't want anything to happen to them because of the dogs.
