Who do you expect to pick it up? Always easier to expect someone else to do it. Remember, today isn't like the old days where stuff got done through the localities...there is no money to share and most likely, you aren't volunteering yours....

I don't know why some of you post comments except to aggravate people. Telling someone to "put dirt on it" speaks to how callous you are. If this happened on your block, would you have the same awful response? If nothing else, just tell people to call Public Works or just STFU.

How about save all of us thousands of dollars by expecting the city to do it; and do it yourself. If it was bothering me I would get off my *** and do it myself.
