Leaves are completely covering the sidewalk on East Lake at the edge of the dog park. This is especially hazardous because of the terrible condition of the sidewalk itself, which can now not be seen by a pedestrian. The pile was over a foot deep after the lawn service working at 318 East Lake blew all of their leaves over to the adjoining property.
