Description

Cars heading northbound through the intersection of 23rd & Broadway are routinely passingly closely and at high speeds to pedestrians & cyclists walking bikes in the crosswalk. I've seen multiple instances of cars 'timing' their passage through the crosswalk so they don't have to slow much or at all. In addition to the close calls I've witnessed, I was almost run down today. It would be worthwhile to have enforcement at this intersection to make sure drivers leaving/passing north through the light at Grand & 23rd slow for pedestrians.
