Description

When the sidewalk was replaced, the city failed to make sure that the area bordering the sidewalk had sufficient dirt/grass. After a major rainstorm, a ditch was created when the soil ran off. While several requests have been made with the city to fix this problem, nothing has been done. It is a major trip hazard.
