Thank you for notifying us about the graffiti on the columns. We are aware of the graffiti but unfortunately graffiti removal in this area requires a completed shutdown of the ramp and a detour of traffic through downtown. We generally close the ramp only if we have multiple items of work to perform as it requires a lot of coordination with WSDOT and is very labor intensive. We are going to keep this item open and the next time we close the ramp we will remove the graffiti.
