Description

There is a steady stream of water bubbling up through the asphalt in the middle of Central Avenue in front of No. 483.

It is unclear whether it is due to a small break in a water main or other pipe or whether it is from some type of underground stream. But given the arrival of the spring thaw and likelihood of spring rains in the near future, there is the potential for a sink hole to open up damaging the road or neighboring cars or homes or both.

Needs investigation by Water Authority or City Engineering or both.
