Description

The addition of the new Cook-Out restaurant has turned this tiny dead end street into an extremely busy intersection. Traffic already backs up on Harden Street because of the Gervais Street intersection. Now there are cars literally sitting perpendicular in the oncoming lane trying to get across and into the Gervais left turn lane.
