Deskripsyon

The vehicle has been abandoned since before the last snowstorm on March 23rd. The picture is from video on the 24th, and I noticed today that it is still there. It is a silver Chevy Monte Carlo, and is parked over the "line" for the bike lane. (The line is missing at that exact location, but it isn't hard to see where a straight line would continue to.) The car appears to be in a state of disrepair, and is obviously missing a side view mirror, and has garbage collecting around and underneath it. How a car can sit for this long blocking part of the bike lane is a mystery. It's illegal to be parked there in the first place, much less abandoned.
